We use your Personal data to provide and improve the service and by using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The words capitalized in bold have the following defined meaning:

● ACCOUNT means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.

● APPLICATION means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by you on any electronic device, named Safety Zap.

● COMPANY [referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement] refers to Safety Zap.

● COUNTRY refers to the United Kingdom

● COOKIES are small files that are placed on your computer or any other device by a website, containing the details of your browsing history on that website.

● DEVICE means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile phone or digital tablet.

While using our App, in order to provide features of our application, we may collect, with your prior permission:

● To attend to and manage your requests to us.

● For other purposes such as data analysis, identifying usage trends and to evaluate and improve our service, products, marketing and your experience.

● With Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our service, for payment processing or to contact you.

● For business transfers in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

It means that this information may be transferred to and maintained on servers / computers located outside of your county, region or country where the data protection laws may differ.

 

We do not sell your personal information; however, we do share it with third parties, when necessary, that includes Bad Dinosaur, our App Design & Development partner who in turn engage Cloudflare Servers as the Global cloud storage platform and Stripe Inc. as our payment processing platform.

 

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. The company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

 

Disclosure of Your Personal Data for Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred in which case we will provide prior notice and confirm it may be subject to a different Privacy Policy.
